Python Development+ Application programming

Main / must have

• 5-8 years of professional experience
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise scale applications
• Proven responsibility for delivery of core components of that enterprise scale system.
• 3+ years in a team lead role responsible for software/solution delivery
• Experience of recruiting, building and running a team of 4-10 developers
• Mentoring developers at different levels of experience
• Solution architecture and design
• Strong oral and written communications
• Experience of delivery within a Scrum Agile framework
• Experience in translating complex requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Excellent python coding skills
• Ability to critically review code and designs
• Good knowledge of relational databases data modelling principles and SQL
• Good level of understanding and practical experience using ORMs and other data access patterns
• Experience with building REST Apis using modern frameworks like Django or FastApi

Additional / good to have:

• MongoDB experience – practical data modelling and access patterns using Python.
• Frontend development experience – ideally using Angular 12+
• Analytical tools experience – Pandas framework
