Identity Security Analyst

1. Be an Identity & access management analyst and provide First line of defense to the organization.
2. Implement / assess security baselines for Identity and Access management solutions.
3. Perform security reviews and identify security gaps in security architecture / tools resulting in recommendations for inclusion in the risk mitigation strategy.
4. Monitor and Evaluate Systems compliance with Information technology security resilience, and dependability requirements.
5. Assess the effectiveness of security controls to ensure compliance with organizational security policies and procedures, standards, and security requirements applicable to the system.
6. Work closely with IT team, corporate functions & Business Teams by highlighting importance of the security practices and control and guide them in remediation of gaps identified.
7. Understand the vulnerabilities from alerts, advisories and bulletins for Identity & Access management and govern the remedial actions.
8. Document the findings from security assessments and report them to the stakeholders.

Qualification

1. Hands-on experience in Identity security technologies Such as IGA solutions, Active directory, SSO, Conditional access, Federated Access, Privilege Access management across On-prem / Cloud environments.
2. Should have working experience in Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure or GCP
3. Preferred to have experience in SailPoint IDAM, Beyond Trust PAM
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have strong business communication skills.
5. 4+ years of relevant experience with 8+ years of overall experience in cybersecurity
6. Preferred to have certification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM

Continually delivers all Wipro admin in a timely manner (timesheets, appraisals expenses, etc.,)
