Qualifications:

Desired Experience: Yrs of Exp / Nature of Exp

BE / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

5-10 yrs experience in projects in water treatment industry

Key Skills Required: Areas of expertise / skills

• Should have knowledge and Expertise of turnkey project execution experience.
• Should manage Site Activities by Deploying the Contractor in time, monitoring Progress periodically talk to contractors for manpower requirement as per site requirement as when required.
• Should have the ability to manage the commercial aspects of the contract and be able to co-ordinate with all external consultants/ customers HO as a single focal point for the Site Management.
• Should have ability to assess the manpower requirement for the completion of project sites in a specified duration.
• Other desirable aspects would be knowledge of process mechanical Installation estimate work certification for bill processing.
• Good communication, Leadership Qualities, self-driven, high initiative.
• Managing other Mechanical, Electrical work Experience will be added advantage.
• Health Safety awareness is mandatory.
• Must be familiar with the Site protocols, Work permits site formalities for ESI,PF, Workman compensation policies, Labour license, Handover of fronts Sites etc

Position Details

• The role will involve project Site planning, cost control, project document management, customer/ consultant interaction and timely completion of projects.
• Should execute projects within cost and time constraints.

Reporting: Mention reporting relationships

The position reports to the Project Manager of the specific Project Site for work completion.
