Associate Vice President - Model Performance & Support/Strategies (3-6 yrs)

This person will be supporting the Credit Team in Model Monitoring in collaboration with Model Developers and Strategy Validators, the primary focus is on ensuring model performance, stability, fairness, and compliance in real-world applications.

Must have tool:

- Model Monitoring & Risk Strategy Development

- Advanced Analytics & Insights

- Stakeholder Collaboration & Execution

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Credit/Fraud Risk Strategy, Model Monitoring, or Risk Analytics.

- Strong expertise in credit strategy development, fraud prevention, and risk governance.

- Hands-on experience with model tracking, validation, and implementation.

- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools.

- Experience in regulatory compliance, governance, and risk reporting.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to Acquisition Fraud, Transactional Fraud, or Account Management strategies.

- Knowledge of credit bureau data, fraud detection tools, and advanced risk modeling techniques.

- Ability to balance risk vs reward and align decisions with business objectives.
