Technical Team Manager- Python

12+ years of experience.
Prior Development experience with Python/Java, React or any other Python based frameworks.
Proven cloud development experience AWS or AZURE.
Experience in Python development and leading the Technical Team.
Understanding of IT life cycle methodology & processes.
Experience in understanding and Leading Enterprise Platform/Solutions.
Experience working with Microservices/Service Oriented Architecture Frameworks.
Good Understanding on Middleware technologies.
Experience in leading unit testing and API contract testing.
Working with multiple internal IT organizations or external suppliers, virtually and across different geographies.
Experience in working in Scrum - agile methodologies, coding standards, programming, code reviews, source management (GitHub Actions), build processes and Jira.
Experience with Incident and Problem management processes, tools, and techniques.
Application of corporate policies and procedures.
Good learning ability regarding technologies and business processes.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teamwork.
Strong communication written and verbal.
Self-motivated to prioritise and complete multiple tasks without direct supervision.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
