Winjit Technologies - Golang Developer (2-5 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Golang Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Golang Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance applications that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy robust backend services and APIs using Golang.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions.

- Build and maintain microservices architectures ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Work with relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.

- Leverage tools like Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Golang and backend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Golang development.

- Strong understanding of Go frameworks and libraries (e.g., Gin, Echo, Gorilla).

- Experience with RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services.

- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.

- Experience with Git and version control workflows.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Familiarity with GraphQL.
