Roles and Responsibilities

• Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales
• Enabling effective coordination amongst team members specialized for stockiest management, retailer management and rural market management
• Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
• Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization.
• Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level.
• Distribution Management – Billing, stocks & Collections
• Ensuring Product Awareness, Visibility & Merchandising
• Proficient in reading MIS and Monitoring Sales Report
• Managing CFA
• Analyzing and handling Competition and competitor activities.
