Senior Manager - Accounts Payable - CA (8-15 yrs)

Qualified CA

Post Qualification experience of more than 8 years in Accounts Payable.

Expertise in end to end Accounts Payable process.

- Must have handled processing of high volume of invoices 5k -10k per month

- Experience of handling foreign / international payments and handle related compliances.

- Experience of review, approval and scrutiny of expense GLs in SAP.

- Contract monitoring to ensure the expenses are as per the agreed terms.

- Ensure regular vendor reconciliation and closure of reconciliation points

- Prepare monthly dashboards to be published to the Management

- Should ensure expense monitoring along with variance analysis

- Should ensure all the payments are released as per decided timelines.

- Ensure statutory deductions and compliances of TDS, GST or any other statutory compliance requirements as per statutory requirements and timelines.

- Experience of maintenance of books of accounts as per IndAS and Companies Act.

- End to end team management experience.

- SAP, Excel and Oracle proficiency.
