Senior Analyst - Insurance Tech Research (2-4 yrs)

Key responsibilities:

- Identify areas of research based on industry and client needs

- Solve problems and structure work to manage deliverables and timelines

- Contribute significantly to the published research agenda of the insurance technology practice

- Lead medium sized custom research engagements

- Actively augment domain expertise and build a PoV across insurance technology platform areas in various lines of businesses, via market tracking, and connecting with internal/external SMEs

- Support business development efforts through proposal writing and other initiatives

- Participate proactively in external market communication by responding to analyst inquiries, conducting executive conversations, and maintaining/growing long-term client relationships

Education experience:

- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred (preferably from Tier-1 B-School)

- Experience in at least one core product/platform used in insurance industry (policy administration and claims management systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek,

- Majesco or similar core platforms) is a must

2 to 4 years of work experience as one of the following:

- Business analyst/Product owner leading configuration or implementation of insurance technology platforms as mentioned above

- Consultant advising insurance enterprises on product/platform selection exercises

- Product manager or client success manager for an insurance product/ platform provider

- Strong understanding of technology concepts such as AI, automation, data analytics, machine learning, and cloud as they apply to the insurance industry

- History of excellence in academics, personal, and vocational achievements
