Work location: Client office, Navi Mumbai Belapur This is mandatory (WFO and 1st and 3rd Sat working day)

Mandatory Knowledge:

Good hands-on on windows 2012 OS

Ability to automate manual tasks using powershell scripting

Hands-on on virtualization technologies (Vmware/OVM)

Technical Exposer:

• 6 to 12 Years of troubleshooting and administration experience in Windows platform & 4-7 years of VMWare VSphere platform
• Monitor Windows & VMware Software and Hardware infrastructure and take proactive actions when needed.
• Experience of preparing RCA
• Provide resolution to Virtual / Hardware server related incidents.
• Handle changes in Windows & VMware infrastructure
• Install, upgrade and support Windows & VMware administration /Hardware infrastructure.
• More than 6 years of trouble shooting experience in Windows operating systems – Windows 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019
• Knowledge of Windows Servers setup, deployment and management
• Knowledge of hardening, patch management and Security Updates
• Troubleshooting Knowledge of Active Directory Servers, DNS Server, IIS , DHCP Server
• Proficient with Microsoft Hypervisor
• Contribute to document and review standards and operational procedures.
• Enforce technical and security standards for VMWARE administration & Hardware infrastructures and services.
