Associate Maven (Client Servicing)

Will work with the Delivery Client Servicing team on a daily basis for timely successful delivery of projects

Will report to Senior Associate Maven

Client Servicing:

Work in a team or individually to plan execute client projects

Brainstorming with the team on creative avenues for project execution Seeding across social media platforms

Creating interesting engaging content (Articles, Snippets, Contests, Polls, Quizzes, etc)

Coordinating with third parties for tools (videos, applications, etc) creation Preparing Reports for clients on a fortnightly monthly basis

Preparing Quarterly End-of-Project reviews Preparing fortnightly WORM reports (for WORM clients) including regular tracking maintenance of links, analysing and report making

Community Maintenance:

Creating sector-relevant communities on social networking sites Increasing traffic to the community and the number of members

Contributing to the Windchimes-created communities participating in online discussions

Maintaining constantly updating a database of important social media platforms, communities.

Requirements:

Bachelors / Masters Degree (desirable in Mass Communications) 6 months to 1 year of experience with a social media agency or in a Communications department in an organization

Good communication writing skills Basic knowledge of presence in social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. in amongst others Ability to work with a team
