Financial Controller

Financial & Management Reports

- Ensure preparation of financial reports for management & Regional finance community.

- Ensure preparation of management reports on various Local commercial/factory KPIs.

- Supporting business Managers to feed them with commercial KPI and ensure accuracy of reports.

Business Controlling

- Supporting INDIA CFO and management on business Reviews.

- To ensure deliverables & reports from regional Finance on various subjects.

- Supporting the INDIA CFO to drive Forecast and budget process with Local and regional team.

- Responsible to ensure working capital management by setting up KPIs and monthly follow up.

- Support INDIA CFO & MD on preparation of strategic and long term business plans.

- Act as front end driver for Business intelligence Tool (Power BI, Tablue.. )

Projects :

-Supporting transformation projects as key user/ project Leader

MANAGEMENT

- Management of controlling team .

- Ensure clear target setting for team, supporting them and follow up on actions
