Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Salesforce Omni Studio Developer at Wilco Source in Hyderabad, with some remote work flexibility. The role involves developing and customizing solutions within Salesforce Omni Studio, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications :

- Solid experience with Salesforce Omni Studio development and customization

- Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, Service Cloud, and other related Salesforce products

- Strong understanding of lead-to-cash processes and contact-to-resolution strategies

- Certifications in Salesforce development and a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture

- Experience in system and data integrations, as well as custom development within Salesforce

- Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, and communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
