Zonal Sales Manager

Are you ready to shape the future of data analytics in a fast-paced startup environmentWe are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who would be accountable for profitable business growth across all accounts based and will be responsible for the Modern Trade market. He/she will be working closely with all account managers, customer marketing managers and sales team to meet objectives.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the zone meets or exceeds sales goals
Manage and support Area and Zonal Sales Managers and their teams within the assigned region to achieve sales targets
Create and implement effective sales strategies for the zone
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the zone
Maintain strong relationships with major clients and stakeholders
Provide training and development for Area Sales Manager teams to enhance their performance and increase sales
Regularly review and analyse sales performance of the Area Sales Managers and provide feedback to the Regional Sales Manager
Address and resolve any sales or client issues in the zone

REQUIREMENTS
Significant 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, especially in the FMCG sector
Good leadership and excellent team management abilities
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred
Good native communication skills of the respective region
Ability to build and maintain good relationships with key clients to increase sales
Good understanding of market trends and competitor activities
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
