Position Chief Content Officer.

Experience:

- 15-18 years in a senior content and editorial leadership role in digital news media organisation.

- Proficiency (read, write and speak) in either Kannada or Malayalam is mandatory.

- Should have handled a large editorial teams comprised of beat leads, desk leads , languages editors, input and output desks , graphic design teams .

Location: Bangalore (On-site, Open for relocation).

Job Description:

- Strategy for text and video content and video platforms.

- Strategy for social media platforms.

- Content strategy for News and original content.

- Community building and user engagement programs.

- Reach , engagement and concurrency building on video platforms.

- Platform ranking management , content hygiene and performance management .

- Network building with key personalities in news space across languages , regions and categories.

Content creators management:

- Relationship management with news partnership teams at Google, Youtube, Meta , Jio and other distribution and news aggregators .

- News IP creation and execution management.

- News and original content production management .

- Relationship management with news agencies such as PTI, ANI , Reuters , APTN , AFP etc .

- Internal and external stakeholders management.
