Purpose : To ensure that technology solutions meet the business needs and objectives

Mission :

Engage with stakeholders to understand and gather detailed requirements for business processes, systems, or projects.
Analyze gathered information to create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding between both parties.
Identify and analyze business problems, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement, and propose viable and effective solutions.
Collaborate with end-users to define and execute UAT plans, ensuring that the delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring that timelines and milestones are met.

Actions:

Facilitate sessions with key stakeholders to understand their perspectives, needs, and expectations to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, and foster collaboration.
Document detailed and clear business requirements, ensuring that they are we'll-defined, measurable, and aligned with business objectives. (BRD, FRD, SRS)
Conduct a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to assess the current state of the business and identify areas for improvement.
Develop use cases and user stories to provide a detailed understanding of system interactions and end-user experiences.
Coordinate UAT activities, ensuring that test cases are we'll-defined and executed, and feedback is appropriately addressed.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses to assess the financial implications of proposed solutions and guide decision-making.
Develop and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials.
Maintain open communication with the development team and travelling for the business requirements.

Good if you have:

Excellent and prompt communication skills (Written and Oral, Language no barrier).
Ability for lateral thinking and a keen interest to solve real problems.

Basic SQL query skills, understanding of database schemas and .NET applications.
