We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of React s binding techniques and be proficient in building dynamic, responsive, and scalable web applications. You will work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create high-quality applications with seamless data flow and user interactions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance React.js applications with a focus on state management and binding techniques. Implement and optimize event handling, function binding, and lifecycle methods in React. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into efficient and responsive code. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, following the best industry practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize React application performance. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, ensuring seamless frontend-backend communication. Stay up to date with emerging React features and frontend technologies. Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards. Ensure the application is optimized for speed and scalability. Work collaboratively in an Agile development environment. Required Skills: 2-3 years of experience in React.js development. Strong understanding of React s binding methods (constructor binding, arrow functions, event handling, etc.). Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API. Familiarity with React Hooks and both Functional and Class Components. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming (AJAX, Fetch, Axios). Good understanding of performance optimization and debugging tools (React Developer Tools, Chrome DevTools, etc.). Experience using Git for version control. Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.). Good to Have: Knowledge of Material UI, fluent ui ,Tailwind CSS, or Bootstrap for UI components. Experience in unit testing with Jest, React Testing Library, or similar tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum. Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first development. Experience with CI/CD pipelines or familiarity with deployment tools. Enhancements: Code Reviews: Including participation in code reviews is important at this stage of experience. It ensures quality and learning among peers. Modern Build Tools: Highlighting tools like Webpack or Babel gives candidates a more complete picture of the tech stack. Mobile-first development and responsive design: Since it s a front-end role, specifying experience with responsive design principles is beneficial. CI/CD experience (optional but good to have): Mentioning continuous integration/deployment tools is a growing need and may be an added benefit to the candidate.
