Human Resource Coordinator

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Indore
Experience: 1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.
• Manage attendance and leave tracking efficiently.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring processes.
• Support onboarding for new joiners and assist with the exit process for departing employees.
• Liaise with the IT team to ensure timely laptop allocation and system setup.
• Maintain daily employee relationships and address concerns proactively.
• Handle office administration tasks, including directing the housekeeping team to ensure a well-maintained workplace.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in employee engagement and HR operations.
• Ability to multitask and work in a coordinative role.
• Willingness to take on administrative responsibilities as needed.
