About the Opportunity :

Our client, a leading company in the RevOps and CRM space, is transforming revenue operations with cutting-edge CRM implementations. They are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop AI-driven solutions for Salesforce, leveraging advanced technologies like LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy LLM-based applications for AI-powered CRM solutions on Salesforce.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance contextual accuracy in the Salesforce environment.

- Utilize Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for high-dimensional data management and retrieval.

- Integrate external knowledge sources to improve AI model relevance and business insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RevOps, data, and engineering, to ensure scalable and business-aligned AI solutions.

- Stay updated on advancements in AI, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and cloud technologies.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.

- Proven experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) in production-level applications.

- Expertise in RAG architectures for AI-driven systems.

- Strong experience with Vector Databases for large-scale data handling.

- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for scalable AI/ML deployments.

- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with MLOps for model deployment and management.

- Familiarity with graph databases and semantic search technologies.

- Understanding of AI-driven product development from inception to deployment.

- Experience integrating AI models with CRM systems.
