Product Manager - Adobe Commerce Solutions (10-14 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in product management, and specific expertise with Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento). You will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the success of our Adobe Commerce-based products.

Responsibilities :

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Adobe Commerce products.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including customers, engineering, sales, and marketing.

- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

- Collaborate with support teams to address customer issues and improve product usability.

- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and impact.

- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Communicate product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 10 years of overall technical experience.

- 3+ years of proven experience in product management.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) platform.

- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex technical concepts.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple engineering and support teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

- Pragmatic Institute's Pragmatic Management Certification (PMC).

- AIPMM Certified Product Manager (CPM).

- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).

- Any other recognized Product Management certification.
