Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our car detailing operations business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Multiple showroom operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high-quality standards

- Supervise and train a team of detailers, customer service representatives, and support staff

- Implement processes and procedures to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment, and optimize usage

- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales and growth.

**Operation Knowledge of PPF, TUF, Ceramics Coating and Glass Coating is mandatory**

- Foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.

- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:

- 2 - 5 years of operations management experience in a retail or service industry

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities

- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Passion for the automotive industry and car detailing services
