Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy, Planning & Analysis: Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize investment returns and minimize risks. Prepare and present comprehensive analyses including cash flow projections, financial models and feasibility studies of potential projects.
Capital Sourcing and Management: Identify and evaluate financing options for projects, including debt, equity and joint ventures. Manage relationships with Indian Financial Institutions, investors and partners to secure funding and optimize the capital structure
Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial, operational and market risks associated with our projects.
Accounting and Compliance: Oversee the entire accounts and audit function from monthly book closures to managing statutory audits. Ensure strict compliance with Income Tax, RERA, GST and all other applicable laws.
Leadership and Team Management: Manage and set up the finance team and be strategic partners to the leadership and other teams in the company.
Processes and Internal Controls: Identify gaps and set up processes and systems to streamline and make our financial internal controls stronger and more robust.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present various financial reports including MIS and other periodic reports to help the management take informed data driven decisions to help further the business
Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant #CA
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel and other financial modelling software.
Comprehensive grasp of accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Good leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate harmoniously within a team environment.
