Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:

As a personal accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and management of family's personal finances. You will provide personalized financial guidance, maintain records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Financial Planning and Budgeting:
Develop and implement financial plans based on business goals and objectives.
Create budgets and spending plans to optimize financial resources.

B) Income Management:
Monitor income sources, including investments, rental income, and other earnings.
Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

C) Expense Management:
Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
D)Investment Management:
Research investment opportunities and make recommendations based on risk tolerance and financial goals.
Monitor investment portfolios and adjust strategies as needed.
E)Tax Planning and Compliance:
Prepare and file tax returns accurately and timely.
Implement tax-saving strategies and ensure compliance with tax laws.
F)Financial Reporting:Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Present financial information to clients in an understandable manner.
G)Estate Planning:
Collaborate with estate planning professionals to manage assets and plan for inheritance.Provide guidance on trusts, wills, and estate tax strategies.
H)Risk Management:
Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Recommend insurance coverage to protect assets and income.

Qualification & Experience:

•         Qualified Chartered Accountant

•         Proven experience as a personal accountant or financial advisor.

•         Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial markets.

•         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

•         Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.

•         High level of integrity and confidentiality.
