Interior Designer

Role & responsibilities

Should Have Execution Experience of Interior Projects - Carpentry, Tiling, Plumbing , Electrical, POP, False Ceiling & Painting.

Manage interior design co-ordination for new & existing projects,

Should be capable of handling 2-3 individual projects from concept to Execution with minimal guidance,

Team player & capable of handling team of 5-6 members efficiently, Capable of preparing working drawings & detail drawings for execution,

Proactive with Excellent communication & management skills,

Have good working knowledge of current materials, prices, able to work on & check BOQ.

Attend regular site & client meetings.

Assignments require independent action & decision making as well as ability to work with others.

May have regular interface with clients & consultants.

May assist in work Planning & scheduling processes.

Prepare 2D & 3D presentation/design drawings

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/Degree in Interior Designing with strong knowledge of designing & execution of Bunglow, Hotel , Resorts , Residential & commercial Projects.

Proficiency in 3D modeling in Sketchup / 3D Max, MS office, Photoshop.

Ability to effectively meet deadlines, work in team environment, communicate both verbally & in writing.
