Responsibilities

Industry:Real Estate

Must be able to handle real estate customer's inbound and outbound calls.

Handling customer queries over the phone.

Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers and doing follow-up calls.

Must explain to the customers about the proper details of the property.

Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements.

Must have the capabilities of communicating and coordinating with other team members.

Required Skills

Fresher or at least one year experience is required.

Must have good communication skills both in English and Hindi

Excellent fluency in English is required.

She must have a positive attitude and must be focused on customer satisfaction.

Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications.

Only work-from-office candidates are welcome.
