Senior Engineer in Maintenance - Electrical

Role & responsibilities

1. Knowledge of Preventive & Breakdown maintenance.
2. Knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic circuits and operation of service equipment. 
3. Knowledge of Electrical Relay Logic, PLCs, VFD etc.
4. Responsible for Installation, commissioning and maintenance of all service equipment and special purpose machines.
5. Responsible for Co-ordination with Government Agencies viz. Pollution Control Board, Electricity Board.
6. Responsible for Corrective and Preventive action pertaining to Plant Engineering department.
7. Responsible for Manpower & Spares Planning.
8. Knowledge of Kaizen, Poka Yoke, Suggestions, Why Why Analysis & Quality Circles. 
9. Responsible for Energy monitoring and energy conservation.
10. Responsible for Raising of purchase requisition for required spares. 
11. Knowledge about Document and Data control pertaining to Plant Engineering department.
12. Knowledge of SAP
13. Knowledge of TPM

Preferred candidate profile

1. Document and Data control pertaining to Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / OSHS 18001
2. Handling Pneumatic, Hydraulic circuits and operation of service equipment
3. Knowledge of 5 Core Tools ( APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC )
4. Knowledge of Siemens PLC.
5. Exposure to handle breakdown and preventive maintenance of Special purpose machines / presses.
6. On Job Training to New joiners.
7. Responsible for Daily record e.g. logs, daily check sheet, plant inspection report generation and keeping the record updated. Quality system  related documentation
8. Knowledge of handling Equipment like Sensors AC/DC Meters, temperature controller, pressure gauge, AC drives
