Professor - Vetter

Retired professors from Government or Private academic institutions are highly preferred due to their extensive experience and deep subject knowledge.
We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team for the creation of high-quality questions and answers for projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in academia, a deep understanding of the subjects, and the ability to create content that meets the highest standards of accuracy and relevance.
Must be based in Delhi/NCR and willing to work from the Gurgaon office.

Excellent written communication skills in English.
Ability to create content that is both challenging and appropriate for the target audience. Proficiency in using digital tools for content creation and management.

Question Creation: Develop a minimum of 25 high-quality, objective-type questions and answers per day across various subjects including:
o General Awareness/Intelligence
o Reasoning
o Quantitative Aptitude
o General English & Comprehension
o Hindi
o Engineering (Civil & Structural, Electrical, Mechanical)
Content Accuracy: Ensure all questions and answers are accurate, clear, and concise, with well-researched answer choices.
Inclusivity: Create questions that cater to both Visually Handicapped (VH) and Non-Visually Handicapped (Non-VH) candidates, ensuring accessibility for all.
Collaboration: Work closely with other SMEs, evaluators, and vetters to ensure content meets the projects quality standards.
Adherence to Guidelines: Follow the specific guidelines and formats required by the projects, ensuring all content is aligned with the examination syllabus.
Continuous Improvement: Revise and refine questions based on feedback from evaluators and vetters to ensure continuous improvement in content quality.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in academia, preferably as a Professor, Assistant Professor, or in a similar role.
Academic Background: Strong subject matter expertise in any of the specified areas (General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, etc.).
Content Creation: Proven experience in creating objective-type questions for competitive exams, including experience in preparing question papers for VH and Non-VH candidates.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
