Marketing Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities in the alcoholic beverages industry.
• Identify new market segments and potential growth opportunities for IML and IMFL products.
• Analyze sales data, customer preferences, and emerging trends to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
• Brand Management:
  
• Work closely with the brand team to develop and maintain a strong brand image for the IML & IMFL product range.
• Coordinate product launches, rebranding, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and consumer loyalty.
• Develop creative campaigns for brand awareness and ensure brand consistency across various media channels.
• Promotional Activities:
  
• Design and execute promotional campaigns, tastings, events, and activations aimed at increasing sales and brand recognition.
• Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to plan and implement joint promotional strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets and track the ROI of promotional activities.
• Sales Support:
  
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing them with marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools.
• Analyze customer feedback and sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with sales teams to develop effective trade marketing strategies and in-store activations.
• Public Relations & Networking:
  
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry influencers.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and legal departments to ensure compliance with alcohol-related laws and advertising restrictions.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase visibility and market penetration.
• Digital & Social Media Marketing:
  
• Manage and oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertisements.
• Track digital metrics and adjust campaigns to ensure optimum engagement and sales conversion.
• Maintain a strong online presence by engaging with consumers, responding to queries, and promoting new product releases.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  
• Implement customer retention programs and loyalty strategies to enhance repeat sales.
• Collect consumer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and social listening tools to ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Develop and implement programs that enhance the customer experience across various touchpoints.
• Compliance & Ethical Marketing:
  
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with the legal regulations regarding the promotion of alcoholic beverages.
• Adhere to ethical marketing practices by respecting cultural sensitivities and age restrictions related to liquor sales.
• Reporting & Analysis:
  
• Regularly report on marketing activities, campaigns, and sales performance.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of all marketing initiatives and campaigns for future reference.
