Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the executives schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Email and Correspondence: Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange and organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips and ensure all travel-related logistics are managed efficiently.
Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Office Management: Handle office-related tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining files, and organizing workspaces.
Expense Management: Track and manage the executives expenses, preparing expense reports and ensuring timely submissions.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, team meetings, and other company functions.
Personal Errands: Handle personal errands and tasks for the executive as needed (e.g., organizing personal appointments, handling deliveries).
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, both business and personal.
Task Prioritization: Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure deadlines are met.
