We are looking to recruit an energetic candidate with FMCG industry background on immediate basis.

Role & responsibilities

• Maintenance and coordination of a company's food safety program to maintain statutory compliance to the prescribed legal requirements in the Food Industry.
• Responsible for in-process QC activities like online inspection, find out CCP Failures & do corrective action, product release, follow GMP & Hygiene practices in shop Floor.
• Should be able to come in shifts & should stay extra hours if required till production ends.
• Conduct Training to food handlers on GMP, Hygiene & Facilitation, etc. On a periodic basis accordingly prepare a yearly training calendar
• Must have a thorough knowledge of HACCP & other Quality Systems as well as food regulatory system.
• Coordinating and assisting with technical training and overall competency to management and employees with regard to the operational aspects of the food safety program, pest control, environmental, operational methods and personnel practices, and maintenance for food safety and hygiene /cleaning practices.
• To complete food supplier audits (as per quality systems implemented) identifying corrective actions wherever required and escalation of major concerns to the authority and ensure action thereof as required.
• Maintain good working relationships both within and across departments & act as a good team player.
• Ensure that all related registers and other documentation are properly maintained.
