Job Description
- With guidance provide support to manager and ensure project tasks are completed on time
- Assist and perform necessary validations, and execute transactions with timeliness.
- Work with seniors in the org to reconcile and provide reporting for analysis
- Assist in consolidation and analysis of the data collected, comparing results with baseline and communicating status to the management for review
- Participate in global/regional initiatives and other special projects/duties assigned, as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors Degree relevant field required
- No min required 0-2 years in pharma industry required
- Skills in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Good problem solving, process improvement and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to present concepts and results in a concise manner to all levels of the organization
- Understanding the what and the why behind results
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
