Flutter Developer - Android Platform (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

Role : Flutter Developer

As a Flutter Developer, you will be in-charge of reviewing the software specifications and UI mockups, developing a cross-browser mobile application from scratch, and leading the application testing effort. You'll work alongside a backend developer, as well as a UI designer to ensure you create high-performing application with a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities :

- Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.

- Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.

- Participate in testing, quality assurance and bug fixes.

Required Skills :

- Education : Minimum BE/ B. tech/MCA/

- 5+ years of experience developing mobile apps natively in Android

- Solid understanding of mobile application development and architecture.

- Experience developing mobile apps using Kotlin, Java.

- Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS.

- Minimum 4 years of commercial experience developing and delivering Flutter based apps.

- Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.

- Strong communications and consultative skills.

- Self-initiated and proactive.

- Good understanding of state management using Bloc pattern.

- Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features.

- Perform time profiling and memory leaks assessment.

- Gitlab/Git : To manage and collaborate in different projects.

- Solid experience with commonly used 3rd party libraries and services.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

- Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart, including knowledge of Flutter's architecture, widgets and state management solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire development teams.

- Experience in face to face client handling and communication.
