We have Very Urgent Opening for the positions of Sr. Associate- FDD, Mumbai BKC with one of the leading Consulting Firm.

Job Description :

Designation: Sr. Associate

Department: FDD (Financial Due Diligence)

Reporting to - Manager

Education: CA / CPA

Exp : 3-5 yrs

Role:

- Hands-on experience conducting diligence for US based transactions and familiarity with U.S. GAAP.

- Financial Due Diligence or Transaction Advisory Services, with exposure to varied industries

- Exposure to a range of industries, such as Technology, Healthcare, or Energy, is a plus.

Industry: Consulting Background only

Experience required:

- Working in US timings (3:00 pm - 12 :00 am)

- Exp. in Handling US Clients

- Understanding of International side of transaction.

- Exposure to Cross border transaction

- Lead the assignment

Work style: 5 day working / WFO/ Mumbai BKC
