Legal Intern

1. Working with our in-house legal and compliance department.
2. Researching on a wide array of laws and drafting notes/memorandums on the same.
3. Assisting with legal documentation in relation with the ongoing business and investment transactions.
4. Working on other tasks as may be assigned by the team.
