Manager/Senior Manager - Debt Syndication

Managing client relationship for achieving the desired business numbers.
- Preparation of Credit appraisal proposals. Doing Financial Analysis and presenting the proposals to Credit department for sanctions.
- Undertake the negotiation of documentation with legal department or legal counsel for finalization of legal documentation.
- Constantly monitor the developments happening in and around competition.
- MIS Preparation, Analysis and compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements :
- MBA/CA from premiere institute.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience for a Premier Bank or FI.
- Strong Relationship Management & Interpersonal Skills.
- Requires sound operational process knowledge of Credit appraisal, due diligence and legal documentation.
- Good MIS preparation and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
