Deputy Manager - Security

As a Head in the Security department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of Security Department practices and processes. The goal is to ensure that all Security needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives & should be good in local language.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in security, preferably as an Ex-Serviceman with a minimum rank of Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO)

Responsibilities

-Ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and premises

- Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures

- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments

- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders

- Train and supervise security personnel

-Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department -Will also be responsible for managing security tools, conducting data analysis, overseeing talent management, and performing risk assessment and management -They should have a global mindset, business and commercial acumen, and demonstrate people excellence and entrepreneurship -They should also be able to lead with vision, focus on the customer, manage resources effectively, encourage interdependencies, and have a strong orientation towards quality, health, safety, and the environment -They should be committed to the organization, be able to solve problems effectively, be a functional expert in operation and QA/QC for the pipe industry, have strong analytical thinking skills, and be process-oriented.
