Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment. Identify and implement improvements to mechanical systems to enhance performance, energy efficiency, and safety. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Prepare and submit reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and downtime analysis.Provide technical guidance and training to junior maintenance staff on mechanical maintenance techniques and procedures.Ensure that all mechanical systems comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ensure the availability of spare parts for critical machinery. Manage inventory of mechanical parts, tools, and equipment.
