Job responsibilities
Understanding and memorizing Wellnest s medical devices and services thoroughly and presenting it over video calls in-person demos
Cold-calling doctors, biomedical engineers and procurement departments of hospitals/clinics/labs to promote, discuss, remind and demo Wellnest s devices across India
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Set up online and offline meetings with potential clients (doctors, BMEs) and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstration
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Job requirements
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or relevant role
Medical sales experience is a huge plus
Must be comfortable with technology
Proficiency in English. Multilingual knowledge is an added advantage
Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Slides
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and online demonstration
Open For travel if required.
