Preferred candidate profile

• Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Political Science, Development Studies, or related fields.
• Strong interest in nonprofit management, social development, and human rights issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience or volunteer work in an NGO or community-based organization is an advantage.
