Interior Site Engineer - Cochin, Trivandrum - 3.6 lacs

Role & responsibilities

• Should be able to deliver the project site within the stipulated time frame.
• Supervision and understanding of the project site, capacity to manage and control all agencies and contractors at the site.
• Good knowledge of product usage and details, eye for finishing and quality control.
• Verifying 2D working drawings with 3D on site.
• Supervising site readiness checklist and preparing timelines.
• On site measurements for preparing BOQs.
• Onsite marking of furniture layout & electrical points etc.
• Coordinate with the design team, purchase team & daily follow up with related vendors / contractors.
• Should take ownership of work and be professional in keeping up the deadlines.
