Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

•   Develop strategies to increase store sales, profitability, and customer service levels.
•    Monitor and analyse sales performance and financial data to achieve store goals.
•   Conduct performance appraisals, and ensure staff meet performance standards.
•   Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll budget.
•   Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
•   Address customer concerns and handle complaints swiftly and effectively.
•   Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
•   Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
•   Implement and manage store policies and procedures.
•   Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and sales campaigns.
•   Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance store visibility and customer engagement.
•    Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.
•   Analyze customer feedback and market trends to make informed business decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
