Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining client relationships, and helping us grow our market share in the IT industry. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication and sales skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• End to End Sales: Identify and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, and networking strategies etc.
• Sales Presentations & Demo: Conduct virtual meetings, product presentations, and live demos to prospective clients, showcasing our IT solutions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, offering personalized solutions.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
• CRM Data Management: Accurately update and maintain the CRM system with client information, leads, and sales progress.
• Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the team to align sales strategies and provide seamless customer service.
• Closing Sales: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the customer support or project delivery team.

• Strong Inside Sales Experience is Mandatory in software sales.
