Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Experienced Spanish Travel Sales Agent to join our dynamic team, also candidate needs to Handle about 15 - 30 inbound calls in a day, to assist US-based clients in our travel process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve queries related to tickets and convert calls into sales opportunities.
- Handle 15-30 inbound calls from US-based Spanish-speaking clients and effectively convert them into sales.
- Work comfortably on the night shift.
- Earn monthly sales incentives in addition to a fixed salary.
- Minimum 10+2 education preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in international sales processes and 6 months in an international BPO.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong command of the Spanish language spoken.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in Business-to-Customers (B2C) sales management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lucrative incentives of up to 4-5 Lakhs/month.
- 24 paid leaves per year.
- 6 days off per month.
- Paid time off on birthdays (with double pay if chosen to work).
- Leave encashment.
- 15 compensatory offs.
