Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Job Brief :

We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to manage and optimize our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. You will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, maximizing ROI, and collaborating with our SEO and marketing teams to deliver outstanding results. Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute tests, analyze data, and identify trends to optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.

2. Create and manage paid social media campaigns to support overall SEM efforts and drive engagement.

3. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign performance.

4. Manage campaign budgets, staying within budget while estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

5. Optimize ad copy and landing pages to improve paid search campaign performance.

6. Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and expansion for paid campaigns.

7. Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies and links.

8. Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to align overall digital strategies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an SEM Specialist or in a similar role.

2. Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

3. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

4. Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.

5. Proficiency in bid management tools (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo, or similar).

6. Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, or WebTrends.

7. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.

8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate detailed SEM performance reports.

9. Up-to-date with the latest SEM trends and industry best practices.

10. Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

11. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
