Technical Product Manager

Experience: 2 -3 years
Qualification: B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline)  
Work Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST  Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Product Manager to join the team and support the management and development of advertising products for its portfolio of websites as well as management of its advertising delivery infrastructure.
• The Product Manager is expected to perform all product management duties including product portfolio management, ideation with stakeholders and teams, users, markets and analytic inputs, requirements gathering, scrum team participation, documentation and prototype preparation and post-launch product evaluation and maintenance. Stakeholders and teams include editorial, audience engagement, publishing, UX/design, product marketing, engineering, QA, business intelligence and marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  ● 2 to 3 years of experience in a Product Management role.
  ● Comprehensive understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) architecture and features.
  ● Strong understanding of technology platforms and how data flows between applications.
  ● Ability to integrate feedback from internal users, emphasizing user experience and operational efficiencies.
  ● Proficient in creating and managing comprehensive documentation throughout the product life cycle, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials
  ● Skilled in developing and delivering effective training programs.
  ● Knowledgeable in creating instructional materials, conducting workshops, and utilizing various training methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  ● Experience in gathering and documenting product requirements for development teams, including business rationale, user needs, and functional specifications.
  ● Exceptional organizational skills and strong communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively bridge the gap between business, editorial, sales, and engineering teams.
• Skilled in visualizing user experiences and creating wireframes for user interfaces to present to business stakeholders.
  ● Capable of generating quick and effective solutions to innovative, client-driven business objectives.
  ● Extensive knowledge of best practices for web and mobile products.
  ● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends, diagnose issues, and develop effective action plans.
  ● Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple products simultaneously.
  ● Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, such as Scrum, Agile, Lean, and Kanban.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience working with October CMS and other CMS platforms.
  ● Skills in editorial operations and in the medical information sector are a strong plus.
  ● Experience working across a large organization with multiple sites and stakeholders.
