Responsibilities :
Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidates, - Sourcing the candidates from job portals, employee referrals, and social media and job postings in the portal. - Taking first round of Techno HR interview. - Identify right fit for the position - Scheduling the candidates for next round of interviews based on the technical panel availability and follow up for the feedback. - Rolling out offers and salary negotiation. - Follow up with the candidate till they are onboarded.
Carry out joining formalities.
Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment and strong in IT recruitment.
Should be able to identify information gaps in CVs.
