Qualifications and Skills :

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting Mainframe Cyberlife systems.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong understanding of Mainframe Cyberlife One, including installation, configuration, and management.

- Proficient in system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and error resolution.

- Familiarity with relevant programming languages, such as COBOL, JCL, or Assembler, as used in the mainframe environment.

- Knowledge of mainframe security protocols and best practices.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills :

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex system issues and propose efficient solutions.

- Ability to analyze system logs, monitor performance metrics, and identify root causes of technical problems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant certifications in Mainframe or related fields (e.g., IBM z/OS, Cyberlife).

- Familiarity with automation tools or scripting languages to streamline processes.

- Experience in cloud-based environments or hybrid infrastructure.
