Job Description
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and System Engineering teams for technical assistance.
- Collaborate with software development and marketing teams to understand product requirements and develop accurate test and automation plans.
- We will deploy, test, and automate new products and features.
- We support the product serviceability and provide actionable feedback to engineering teams.
- Document product and feature usage for customers and internal staff.
- Good Automation with Python programming and scripting
- Good understating and working on networking protocols Layer 2 Switches, VLAN, STP, UDLD and Layer 3 Routers BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, IP,
- Experience with Data Centre Networking concepts and products.
- Experience in software product development, with strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Familiar with microservices based software architecture.
- Experience in Kubernetes and Microservices environment
