Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development:
• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
2. System Design:
• Contribute to the design and architecture of complex systems.
• Assist in identifying the right technologies and frameworks for projects.
3. Code Review & Quality Assurance:
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues.
4. Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective

1. Leadership & Mentoring:
• Act as a technical leader, guiding and mentoring junior engineers.
• Drive best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
2. Technical Strategy:
• Lead the design and architecture of critical systems and services.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
3. Project Ownership:
• Take ownership of complex projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
4. Performance Optimization:
• Identify and address bottlenecks in systems to improve performance.
• Implement scalable solutions for large-scale applications.

Qualification- Bachelors degree in or the equivalent in relevant work experience.
