Scrum Master

Role Overview:

• The Scrum Master will facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring that the team adheres to Scrum principles and helps remove any impediments to progress.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Help the team stay focused on goals and deliver product increments.
• Remove blockers and manage dependencies between teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master with experience facilitating Scrum teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with GenAI or AI/ML solutions is a plus.
